NCAAF System 5-2-1 Current Season

In database history, a non-conference home dog of 3-10 pts. off of a conference game is 268-200-9 ATS (57.3%).

SDQL:

H and 10>=line>=3 and conference!=o:conference and conference!=po:conference

Are there any good subsets you guys can find in this one?

Highly back fitted:

H and line >= 3 and line <= 10 and conference != o:conference and conference != po:conference and p:W and p:points > 23 and game number < 5 and rest > 4
101-44-3 (3.43, 69.7%) ATS

H and line >= 3 and line <= 10 and conference != o:conference and conference != po:conference and p:W and p:points > 23 and game number < 5 and rest > 4
SU: 62-84-2 (-2.24, 42.5%)   #f8f8f8″>Teaser Records
ATS: 101-44-3 (3.43, 69.7%)   avg line: 5.7 #f8f8f8″>+6:  112-34-2 (76.7%)   #f8f8f8″>-6:  63-82-3 (43.4%)   #f8f8f8″>+10:  118-28-2 (80.8%)   #f8f8f8″>-10:  41-105-2 (28.1%)

Man that formatting got messed up. So you’re adding:
– off a win
– not on short rest
– just scored 24+ pts
– 1st to 4th game of season
correct?

What are your thoughts on the initial Base System?

By the way, for the embed sdql code thing for posts, I intentially made it so that beyond about 4-5 parameters you inconveniently have to scroll to push simpler systems.

I like the extra parameters though because they coincide with other large systems you’ve shown me (‘heartbeats’)

yes, you got it, like the original it makes more sense, my version is just back fitted with not enough logic, was just playing around

I understand.

Let me ask your opinion on this:

*IF the ‘Base System’ / ‘Pinwheel’ is solid (ie. 1 or 2 logical parameters with great results), do you really hurt it by applying any old extra parameter?

My opinion / theory is no; your results should be a microcosm of the original base system.

The same question is: if you have a system you want to follow, but miss taking some picks every now and then because you had to go take the dog out for a walk or whatever, shouldn’t the roi average out to be the same as if you bet every single one?
